In my experience, orange female cats have no more health problems than any other cat. There are so many variables that go into cat health. You can have a lot to do with how healthy she is. To keep her healthy you can do many things: feed a diet appropriate to her life stage and lifestyle, maintain her at a healthy body condition score, keep her indoors, maintain regular preventative care such as annual exams and appropriate vaccines and give her lots of love!
