If your kitten has had some spinal damage it is certainly possible this could cause constipation or urinary issues. I would suggest you talk to your veterinarian about this and try to determine if any deficits are present.

Pushing more fluids can help with the hard stool, but in some cases a prescription stool softener, additional fiber or special diet may be needed.

She may also need medications to help with nerve function to the bladder/colon or perhaps medication to help with pain or inflammation. Hopefully, your kitten is well in every other way. After you talk to your veterinarian, let us know if you have any other questions. Good luck!
